This large painting (indian ink on unprimed canvas) sold in the New York show recently and has led to a series of similar works produced as commissions for an ‘art’ hotel in UK opening soon. I’ll be posting photos of all the work hanging in the hotel soon.

A bit of a change of mood with this painting of travellers at Grand Central, New York. I love the way the light silhouettes the people emerging from the darkness.

The second time I’ve painted this view of Central Park in the snow. Looking forward to painting it in the summer too.

Here’s a brand new piece I produced at Aston Pottery, the design was developed from a painting I did of Central Park a while ago. Getting to grips with applying the colour successfully now.

A seasonal painting of snow in Central Park, New York – a magical early morning experience. Looking forward to a return trip in warmer weather!

Still a lot of work to do on the New York series of paintings started earlier this year after our six weeks there in Jan/Feb.
I’m mostly working from memories and photographic reference as it was extremely cold and snowy when we were there. Definitely need a return trip in warmer weather sometime.
